Calling all gin lovers… The guys behind Edinburgh Gin have teamed up with Signature Pubs to create a magnificent space for two things really: (1) to watch how the gin is made – with stills actually in the building you can arrange a tour and even make your own gin (2) perhaps the most important – you get to drink gin!  With the Heads & Tales bar serving a wide range of cocktails and gin extravaganzas why go anywhere else?!

It’s been great fun working with Jane & Alex from the Spencerfield Spirit Company alongside Bruce and the bar team to create two complimenting websites…
